Directors are to use
"online entry" procedure for submitting entries.
All entries must be completed by the entry deadline for each contest.
The only forms that will
need to be "printed" by the director are:
FORM 1 (printout form, have it signed by the principal, and give to
Executive Secretary, when checking in the day of the contest).
The ONLINE ENTRY
procedure must be used for "preparing" the FORM 1 but it must be
printed out since it requires a signature. You can OPT to put your student’s
names on that form OR attach a "class roster" in lieu of placing the
names on the form.

The ANNOUNCER’S SCRIPT must be completed and mailed,
scanned, or faxed 14 days prior to the contest.

If you have already
"registered" for ONLINE ENTRY all you have to do is LOGIN using your
registered "username" and "password", then access the form
you wish to prepare and start filling out and submitting forms.
(If you can't remember
your username and password, contact your executive secretary and they can
provide that information for you.)
