CERTIFICATION FOR ADVANCEMENT:
Each music region shall certify bands to the area marching band contest under the following:
A. Any band that has a Letter of Intent on file with the REGION EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE and receives a Division I rating at the region contest shall be certified for advancement to area.B. In the event only one band, or NO bands receive a Division I rating, two bands shall be selected by the judging panel for advancement to area. In such cases, the scoring procedure will conform to ranking system outlined in the Constitution & Contest Rules .
ONLY bands that have filed a "Letter of Intent" will be considered.
LETTER OF INTENT must be submitted with your entries to REGION CONTEST.
